Job Description:
Are you an enthusiastic communicator with a knack for building rapport over the phone? We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Telecallers. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction, engaging with individuals to provide information, answer inquiries, and promote our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Initiate outgoing calls from provided leads or databases to potential customers. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and introduce our products or services accordingly.
- Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information about our offerings, promotions, and services to customers. Please address any queries or concerns they may have with patience and clarity.
- Sales Pitch: Present compelling sales pitches to persuade customers to purchase or avail of our services. Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize conversion rates.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to prospective customers who have shown interest in our offerings but haven't made a decision yet. Maintain a database of follow-up calls and outcomes for future reference.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication. Address any issues or complaints promptly and escalate them to the relevant departments if necessary.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team targets set by the management. Strive to exceed targets through proactive selling and effective lead management.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of conversations, inquiries, and outcomes. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible for review.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent). Graduates are preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old to be eligible for this position.
- Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male, female, and others - who meet the qualifications and job requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English are desirable. The ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely over the phone is essential.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Empathetic attitude towards customers' needs and concerns.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies. Ability to identify sales opportunities and capitalize on them effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software would be advantageous.
