Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services, generate leads, and facilitate sales. Your primary objective will be to effectively communicate our offerings, build rapport with customers, and ultimately drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services and highlight their features and benefits.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation. Gather necessary information and update customer databases accordingly.
  3. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address any queries or concerns they may have regarding our products/services. Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Follow-up: Follow up on initial contacts to nurture leads and maintain communication with potential customers. Keep accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
  5. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and sales quotas. Demonstrate a proactive approach towards achieving set goals.
  6. Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the team leader or supervisor regarding customer interactions, market trends, and potential opportunities for improvement. Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.

Requirements:

  1. Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass to Graduate in any discipline.
  2. Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing or telecalling roles is preferred. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or local languages. Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Empathetic approach towards understanding customer needs and concerns.
  5. Resilience: Resilience in handling rejection and objections. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and persevere through challenges.
  6. Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  7. Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
