5. Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately record customer information, interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the company's database. Maintain organized records of all telephonic communications.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Education: The minimum educational qualification required is a 12th-grade (High School) pass. Graduates from any stream are preferred.
2. Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role. Experience in sales or customer service will be an added advantage.
3. Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years old to be eligible for this position.
