Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and securing sales appointments. Your primary goal will be to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, build rapport, and effectively convey the benefits of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided, and introduce them to our products/services.
- Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to potential customers, emphasizing how they can meet their needs and solve their problems.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with customers in our CRM system, including details of conversations, appointments scheduled, and follow-up actions required.
- Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to the management team on customer responses, market trends, and areas for improvement in our products/services or calling strategies.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English, both verbal and written.
- Persuasive abilities with a pleasant and engaging telephone manner.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Proven experience in telecalling or sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
