We are currently seeking experienced Telecallers to join our dynamic team in Neem Ka Thana, Rajasthan. As a Telecaller at Akhil Desai, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients, building rapport, and promoting our products/services. Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database or leads list. Introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and persuade potential clients to make a purchase or schedule a meeting.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach. Gather relevant information about potential clients' needs, budgets, and preferences to determine the suitability of our offerings.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients. Address any inquiries or concerns promptly and accurately. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the management. Continuously strive to improve sales performance and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all interactions with clients, including calls made, appointments scheduled, and deals closed. Update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts and maximize results. Share insights, feedback, and best practices to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 10th grade (High School) to Graduate level.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in spoken and written Hindi and English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Genuine interest in understanding customers' needs and providing tailored solutions. Empathetic and attentive to customer concerns.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to overcome objections and close deals effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications. Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to team success.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a target-driven environment.
- Local Candidates Preferred: Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Neem Ka Thana, Rajasthan, will be given preference.
