Job Telecaller

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team as Telecallers in Nayagarh. As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by engaging with customers over the phone, promoting our products/services, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads to promote our products/services. Your goal will be to generate interest, qualify leads, and ultimately close sales.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with existing customers to upsell products/services, address inquiries, and provide assistance as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products/services to potential customers. Highlight key selling points and overcome objections to secure sales.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives consistently. Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant information in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strive to exceed customer expectations and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, sales representatives, and other departments to achieve collective goals and objectives. Share insights, best practices, and feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or a related field is required.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years of age.
- Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male and female.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and/or the local language. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales aptitude with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving results. Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools preferred.
