Job Description: Telecaller (Nashik)

Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Engage with them professionally and courteously to introduce our products/services, understand their needs, and convey relevant information.
- Lead Conversion: Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers. Utilize persuasive selling skills to convert leads into sales opportunities. Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and energy throughout the call to keep the prospect engaged.
- Customer Follow-up: Follow up on leads diligently through multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, and SMS. Address any queries or concerns raised by customers promptly and accurately. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management. Implement proactive strategies to maximize lead conversion rates and revenue generation. Demonstrate resilience and persistence in achieving sales objectives despite challenges.
- Data Management: Record all interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system. Update customer information, including contact details, preferences, and feedback, to ensure data integrity. Generate regular reports on call outcomes, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to predefined scripts and call guidelines provided by the company. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during all interactions with customers. Strive for excellence in service delivery and uphold the company's reputation.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent). Graduates preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role, with a minimum of 3 years. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Age: Must be between 18 to 40 years old. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages spoken in Nashik. Ability to articulate product/service information clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to empathize with customers' needs, build rapport quickly, and adapt communication style as per the customer's personality.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools for call management and data entry.
