About the Role:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for initiating conversations with potential customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales. You'll engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds, listen to their needs, and effectively communicate how our offerings can benefit them.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Introduce them to our products/services and articulate their features and benefits persuasively.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and active listening. Gather relevant information about their requirements and preferences to determine their level of interest.
3. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
4. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into sales opportunities. Utilize persuasive selling techniques and overcome objections to close deals successfully.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, including details of calls, inquiries, and sales outcomes, using our CRM software.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of 12th grade education required. Graduates preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or sales.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Open to all genders - male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Additional proficiency in local languages is a plus.
• Persuasive Skills: Ability to persuade and influence others effectively over the phone. Confident and articulate communication style.
