Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services, answer queries, and ultimately drive sales. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Outbound Calling: Initiating calls to prospective customers using prepared scripts to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
2. Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide relevant information about our offerings.
3. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by following up on initial contacts and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline.
4. Sales Conversion: Effectively persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments by highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services.
5. Record Keeping: Accurately documenting all interactions and transactions in the CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
6. Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
7. Continuous Learning: Staying updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance performance and contribute to team success.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate level.
2. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or a related field is preferred.
3. Age: Applicants must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
