Job Telecaller

Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be the frontline representative of our organization, responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and delivering compelling pitches to promote our products/services. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
- Pitching Products/Services: Present products or services to potential customers and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through engaging conversations and strategic questioning techniques.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested customers to meet with our sales team or representatives.
- Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, address concerns, and facilitate the sales process.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate and detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and appointments set.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
Requirements:
Education: The minimum educational requirement is completion of 12th grade (High School Diploma). However, candidates with higher education qualifications will be preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or sales.
Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male and female alike.
