Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, responsible for establishing and maintaining communication with potential customers. Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided, introducing them to our products/services and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with customers by demonstrating excellent communication skills, active listening, and empathy.
3. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively convey the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our offerings to potential customers, highlighting how they can address their needs or solve their problems.
4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through insightful questioning and profiling, ensuring that only quality leads are passed on to the sales team for further follow-up.
5. Follow-up and Closure: Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships, address any concerns or objections, and ultimately guide them through the sales funnel toward successful closure.
6. Data Management: Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of conversations, feedback received, and outcomes achieved, using our CRM system.
7. Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team targets for call volume, conversion rates, and sales revenue, demonstrating a commitment to achieving results.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum qualification from 12th to Graduates.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field is required.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in the local language as well as proficiency in Hindi or English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
