- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update databases with relevant information, and follow-up on leads to ensure timely closure.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volumes, conversions, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to predefined quality standards in all interactions with customers to uphold the reputation of the company and ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: The minimum qualification required is 12th grade, although a graduate degree is preferred.
- Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the customer service or telemarketing field.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders, both male and female.
