Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from our database.
- Introduce our products/services to customers and explain their benefits.
- Answer incoming calls from potential customers and address their inquiries effectively.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover and follow-up.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to articulate features and benefits clearly.
- Handle customer objections and professionally resolve issues.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and preferences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education requirement: 12th grade to Graduate.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in [mention languages required].
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
