Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, and provide assistance. Your main objective will be to ensure a positive customer experience while achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services and highlight their benefits to generate interest and ultimately secure sales.
- Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls promptly and professionally. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information about our offerings to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives. Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert leads into sales opportunities and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.
- Follow-up: Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly. Maintain accurate records of interactions, update customer databases, and ensure all follow-up activities are documented efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, pricing, and promotions. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times. Ensure that all interactions with customers are conducted ethically and by regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to a Graduate degree.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders - male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language as well as proficiency in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.

- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
