Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introduce our products/services, address their inquiries, and persuade them to make a purchase or take the desired action. Your role will be crucial in building and maintaining strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present products/services persuasively, highlighting their benefits and addressing any concerns or objections.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with existing customers to promote new products/services, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction. Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.
  3. Information Gathering: Accurately record customer information, inquiries, and feedback into the database. Update customer profiles with relevant details to facilitate personalized interactions in the future.
  4. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively communicating product/service features, pricing, and promotions. Employ persuasive techniques to convert leads into sales and maximize revenue.
  5. Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. Address any concerns or objections while maintaining professionalism and persistence.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to optimize sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to team goals. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  7. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding ethical conduct, customer privacy, and regulatory compliance. Ensure all interactions and transactions comply with legal requirements and industry standards.


  • Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales/customer service roles.
  • Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
