Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Your primary objective will be to introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and persuade potential customers to make a purchase or set up appointments for further discussion.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers through effective communication skills. Understand their requirements, address their queries, and provide relevant information about our offerings to enhance their interest and confidence in our products/services.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads by gathering essential information about customers' needs, budgets, and preferences. Maintain a database of prospective customers and follow up with them regularly to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  4. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to drive sales and maximize revenue generation opportunities.
  5. Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare accurate reports on sales activities, including call logs, conversion rates, and revenue generated, to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection guidelines at all times.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales roles, preferably in the relevant industry.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
