Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers and handling inbound inquiries. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services persuasively, highlight their features and benefits, and strive to secure sales or appointments.
  2. Inbound Inquiry Handling: Handle incoming calls from customers professionally and courteously. Address their queries, provide information about our offerings, and assist them in making informed decisions.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, database mining, and other lead generation techniques. Gather relevant information and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing personalized assistance. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
  5. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales conversions, and revenue generation. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to maximize sales potential.
  6. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products/services, pricing, promotions, and industry trends. Effectively communicate product features, specifications, and benefits to customers to drive interest and sales.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, sales executives, and other departments to streamline processes, share best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate level education required.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
  • Persuasive Skills: Ability to persuade and influence others effectively over the phone.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping people and solving problems.
  • Target Orientation: Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
