Position: Telecaller

Job Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade prospects to make a purchase or set up an appointment.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers through friendly and professional interactions. Listen to their needs, address their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or information.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads for our sales team. Gather relevant information from prospects and update the database accurately.
  4. Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase. Answer their queries, provide additional information as needed, and encourage them to take the next step.
  5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and lead generation. Work closely with the team leader to strategize and implement plans to achieve goals.
  6. Documentation: Keep detailed records of calls, including outcomes and any follow-up actions required. Ensure all customer information is accurately entered into the system.
  7. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher education is a plus).
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-pressure environment.
