Position: Telecaller

Job Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade prospects to make a purchase or set up an appointment.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers through friendly and professional interactions. Listen to their needs, address their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads for our sales team. Gather relevant information from prospects and update the database accurately.
- Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase. Answer their queries, provide additional information as needed, and encourage them to take the next step.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and lead generation. Work closely with the team leader to strategize and implement plans to achieve goals.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of calls, including outcomes and any follow-up actions required. Ensure all customer information is accurately entered into the system.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher education is a plus).
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications and familiarity with CRM software.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-pressure environment.
