Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers using a prepared script to promote our products/services.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally, building rapport and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening, aiming to create opportunities for sales conversion.
  4. Product/Service Promotion: Communicate the features, benefits, and advantages of our offerings persuasively to prospective customers to stimulate interest and drive sales.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and outcomes, using our CRM system.
  6. Achievement of Targets: Strive to meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  7. Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback on customer responses, market trends, and performance insights to enhance our sales strategies and improve customer engagement.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) to Graduate degree.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or customer service.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders – male and female both are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (mention language if specific) with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
  • Sales Aptitude: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and convince customers effectively.
