  7. Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during all customer interactions to uphold the organization's reputation and integrity.


  • Education: The minimum educational qualification required is 10th grade, although a higher educational background is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English. Ability to articulate product/service features clearly and convincingly.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and empathize with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
