Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced Telecallers to join our team in Nagaon. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generate sales leads, and contribute to the overall success of our sales efforts. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place calls to prospective customers using a provided database or leads list.
- Product/Service Promotion: Introduce our products/services to potential customers and highlight their benefits.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling and effective questioning techniques.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a high level of professionalism and build rapport with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure timely closure of sales deals.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential opportunities.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements at all times.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends through training sessions and self-learning.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School Diploma) is required. Graduates are preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or a related field is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably local languages.
- Customer Orientation: Strong customer focus with the ability to engage customers effectively and build long-term relationships.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Positive Attitude: Proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to team goals.
