Position: Telecaller Location: Nadiad Education: 10th to Graduate Experience: Minimum 3 years

Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer their queries, and generate sales leads. Your primary objective will be to effectively communicate our offerings, build rapport with customers, and persuade them to take desired actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list or database.
  2. Product/Service Promotion: Introduce our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
  3. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their questions, concerns, and objections.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening.
  5. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, provide additional information, and encourage conversion.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information in the database.
  7. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  8. Feedback: Provide feedback to the management regarding customer responses, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
