Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services, generate sales leads, and maintain good customer relationships. Your main duties will include:

1. Making Outbound Calls: Reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls to promote our products/services and generate interest.

2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally, understanding their needs and providing them with relevant information about our offerings.

3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, gather important information, and pass on qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up.

4. Handling Inbound Calls: Address incoming calls from customers, provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

5. Data Entry and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer databases, and prepare reports as required.

6. Achieving Targets: Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company, demonstrating persistence and dedication in achieving goals.

7. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.


1. Educational Qualification: Minimum education required is 12th grade (Higher Secondary) up to Graduation level.

2. Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales or customer service field.

3. Age Limit: Applicants should be between 18 years to 40 years of age.

4. Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male and female applicants are welcome.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and the local language are essential. Fluency in additional languages would be advantageous.

6. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.

7. Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office and ability to use CRM software for data entry and management.
