Job Description:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone and promote our products/services. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, so your ability to create a positive impression and effectively convey information is crucial. Here's what you'll be doing:
1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided lists or databases. Your goal will be to introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and persuade them to take desired actions, such as making a purchase or scheduling an appointment.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with existing and potential customers courteously and professionally. Listen attentively to their inquiries, concerns, or feedback, and provide appropriate solutions or information to address their needs.
3. Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand our products/services, including their features, pricing, and benefits. Be prepared to answer questions and provide detailed explanations to customers to encourage their interest and confidence in our offerings.
4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding. Use active listening skills to comprehend customer requirements and offer personalized recommendations or solutions.
5. Follow-Up: Follow up on leads, inquiries, or unresolved issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize conversion opportunities. Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
6. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed assigned targets for call volume, conversion rates, and sales quotas. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to maximize revenue generation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to a Graduate degree.
- Experience: At least 1 year of prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
- Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders.
