Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outgoing calls to prospective clients, effectively communicate our offerings, and convince them of the value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Engage in proactive conversations to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver a compelling sales pitch tailored to the needs and interests of each prospect. Highlight the benefits and features of our offerings to encourage purchase or further interest.
- Handle Objections: Address any concerns or objections raised by prospects professionally and persuasively. Overcome objections through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening. Gather relevant information and document details for follow-up by the sales team.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made, outcomes, and customer information in the CRM system. Update records regularly to ensure data integrity and facilitate seamless follow-up.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates. Strive to continuously improve performance and contribute to overall team success.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 10th grade education required. Higher education qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (add language if necessary) are essential. Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Persuasive Skills: Ability to articulate product/service benefits persuasively and handle objections effectively. Confidence and resilience in dealing with rejection.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building rapport with prospects.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software. Comfortable navigating software applications and conducting online research.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support team goals and initiatives. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
