Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and provide exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to effectively communicate our offerings, address customer inquiries, and persuade them to take desired actions.

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared list or database.
2. Product/Service Promotion: Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
3. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and forward them to the sales team for further follow-up.
4. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
5. Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
7. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer details in the database.
8. Feedback Reporting: Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies and customer engagement processes.
9. Adhere to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.
10. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance performance.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) up to graduation.
2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English, both verbal and written.
4. Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
5. Resilience: Resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection and pressure positively.
6. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
7. Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
8. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
9. Punctuality: Punctual and disciplined with time management skills.
10. Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Muzaffarpur and surrounding areas is a plus.
