Job Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for initiating communication with potential customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, answer queries, and persuade customers to make purchases or avail of our services. This role demands exceptional communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to build rapport over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers from provided contact lists or databases.
  2. Product/Service Promotion: Present information about our products or services persuasively to potential customers.
  3. Handle Inquiries: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about our offerings.
  4. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by persuading customers to make purchases or avail of our services.
  5. Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of calls, including customer information, call outcomes, and any follow-up actions required.
  6. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to previous customers or leads to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
  7. Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.
  8. Adhere to Guidelines: Follow company policies, procedures, and scripts during calls to ensure consistency and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to a Graduate degree.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or sales.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
  4. Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence others effectively over the phone.
  5. Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize with customers’ needs and concerns.
  6. Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call center technology.
  7. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude during challenging calls.
  8. Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
