Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outgoing calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generate sales leads, and maintain customer relationships. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to individuals or businesses to promote our products/services, explain product features, and solicit orders or donations.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs, address queries, and provide relevant information.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and active listening. Record and maintain accurate information on lead interactions in the database.
- Follow-up: Follow up on leads generated through various channels, such as marketing campaigns or referrals, to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management team. Continuously strive to improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product/service offerings, pricing, and promotional activities to effectively communicate information to customers and address their inquiries.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate level education.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or sales.
- Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders – male and female.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and convey information effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and negotiate effectively.
- Persistence: Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and overcome obstacles in achieving sales targets.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and multitask effectively.
- Ethical Conduct: Maintain ethical conduct and integrity while interacting with customers and handling sensitive information.
