Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outgoing calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generate sales leads, and maintain customer relationships. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to individuals or businesses to promote our products/services, explain product features, and solicit orders or donations.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs, address queries, and provide relevant information.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and active listening. Record and maintain accurate information on lead interactions in the database.
  4. Follow-up: Follow up on leads generated through various channels, such as marketing campaigns or referrals, to convert them into sales opportunities.
  5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management team. Continuously strive to improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  7. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product/service offerings, pricing, and promotional activities to effectively communicate information to customers and address their inquiries.
  8. Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate level education.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or sales.
  • Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders – male and female.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and convey information effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and negotiate effectively.
  • Persistence: Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and overcome obstacles in achieving sales targets.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and multitask effectively.
  • Ethical Conduct: Maintain ethical conduct and integrity while interacting with customers and handling sensitive information.
