Job Responsibilities:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer relations efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, introducing them to our products/services, and persuading them to take action. Here's what you'll be doing on a day-to-day basis:
1. Customer Outreach: You'll be making outbound calls to prospective customers, compellingly presenting our offerings, and effectively addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
2. Relationship Building: Building rapport with customers is key. You'll be responsible for fostering positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring our offerings to suit their requirements.
3. Sales Conversion: Your ultimate goal will be to convert leads into sales. You'll need to employ persuasive communication techniques to encourage customers to make a purchase or commit to our services.
4. Follow-Up: Following up with potential leads is crucial. You'll be responsible for maintaining a database of prospective clients and ensuring timely follow-ups to keep them engaged and interested.
5. Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback from customers is essential for continuous improvement. You'll be required to solicit feedback regarding our products/services and report any recurring issues or suggestions for improvement.
6. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers is vital. You'll need to diligently update our CRM system with relevant information on customer interactions and sales progress.
Qualifications:
We're looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
1. Education: A minimum educational qualification of 10th grade (High School) is required. However, a higher education level up to graduation is preferred.
2. Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service. Experience in telemarketing or telesales is highly advantageous.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills are a must. Candidates should be articulate, persuasive, and able to convey information clearly and concisely.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Building relationships over the phone requires strong interpersonal skills. Candidates should be empathetic, patient, and able to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
5. Persuasion Skills: The ability to influence and persuade others is crucial in sales. Candidates should be adept at overcoming objections and closing deals effectively.
6. Time Management: Telecalling can be fast-paced, so effective time management skills are essential. Candidates should be able to prioritize tasks and manage their workload efficiently.
