Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers through effective communication over the phone. Your primary goal will be to understand the needs of our customers and provide them with the best possible solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers over the phone courteously and professionally. Build rapport and trust to enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote our products/services, answer queries, and gather feedback.
3. Inbound Calling: Handle incoming calls from customers promptly and efficiently. Address their concerns, provide information, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
5. Follow-Up: Follow up on leads generated through various channels to convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities.
6. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
7. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes. Relay this feedback to the relevant departments for action.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including sales representatives and customer service agents, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Open to all genders - male and female.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and [local language, if applicable]. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.
• Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive Attitude: Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow.
