Key Responsibilities:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

1. Making outbound calls to prospective customers from our database.
2. Introducing our products/services and explaining their benefits to potential customers.
3. Effectively handling objections and persuading customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
4. Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
5. Maintaining accurate records of all calls and sales transactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

1. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
2. Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
3. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
5. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software.
7. A positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection.
8. A passion for sales and customer service.
