Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our products/services, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. Your goal will be to boost sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
  2. Product/Service Promotion: Present and promote our products/services to potential customers over the phone.
  3. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and address any inquiries or concerns.
  4. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue goals.
  5. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and sales.
  7. Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer preferences and trends observed during calls.
  8. Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and scripts during all customer interactions.
  9. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends through training sessions and self-study.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher education preferred).
  2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  4. Gender: Open to all genders.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
  6. Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
  7. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  8. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
  9. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in a high-pressure environment.
  10. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the success of the team.
