Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce them to our products/services, and persuade them to make a purchase or take a desired action. You will also handle inbound calls, address inquiries, provide information, and resolve any concerns or issues raised by customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script to promote our products/services.
  2. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and handle objections to generate interest and secure sales.
  3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
  4. Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, addressing their queries, providing information, and resolving issues on time.
  5. Keep accurate records of all interactions, including details of conversations, inquiries, and actions taken, using our CRM system.
  6. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  7. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize opportunities for revenue generation.
  8. Stay updated on product/service features, pricing, promotions, and any relevant industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.


  • Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
