Position Telecaller

Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales or gather information. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, build rapport, and persuade them to take action, whether it's purchasing a product or service, scheduling an appointment, or providing feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to individuals or businesses using prepared scripts to promote our products/services, generate leads, or conduct surveys.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, address their concerns, and highlight the benefits of our offerings.
  3. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of each prospect, aiming to convert leads into customers.
  4. Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and update customer databases with relevant information obtained during calls.
  5. Follow-Up: Follow up on leads consistently to nurture relationships, answer questions, and provide additional information as needed.
  6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics while maintaining high-quality standards in communication.
  7. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience with our products/services and relay that information to the appropriate departments for improvement.
  8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to overall team success.


  • Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate level education.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders, both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Persuasive ability to influence customer decisions.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software are a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
