Job Description: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and effectively address customer inquiries and concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts.
  3. Customer Engagement: Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor while addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and efficiently.
  4. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to potential customers to drive sales.
  5. Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
  6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to share best practices, strategies, and insights for continuous improvement.


  • Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate level education.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to persuade and influence customers to take desired actions.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist and satisfy customers.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
