Job Title: Telecaller
Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Telecaller in Modasa. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our organization by effectively communicating with customers over the phone to promote our products/services, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong commitment to achieving targets.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
- Handle Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from customers regarding queries, complaints, or requests for information. Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular follow-ups. Address any concerns or grievances promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company. Consistently strive to maximize sales opportunities and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and transactions. Update customer information in the database accurately to ensure data integrity and facilitate future communications.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products/services, pricing, promotions, and offers. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
- Adhere to Guidelines: Follow company policies, procedures, and scripts during calls to maintain consistency and professionalism. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification from 10th grade to Graduate. A higher level of education may be preferred but is not mandatory.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice. Ability to articulate information effectively and engage customers in meaningful conversations.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers quickly. Empathetic attitude towards addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to persuade and influence customers to make purchasing decisions. Confidence in handling objections and closing sales deals effectively.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software. Ability to navigate software systems and databases efficiently.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
