About the Role: As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers. Your primary objective will be to introduce our products/services, generate leads, and ultimately, secure sales or appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place calls to individuals or businesses to promote our products/services.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Understand our offerings thoroughly to effectively communicate features and benefits to prospects.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested prospects.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversions.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer interactions to improve product/service offerings and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of 12th grade education required; higher education preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role.
- Age: Must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English.
- Persuasive Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
