Job Summary: As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introduce them to our products/services, and persuade them to take desired actions, such as purchasing a product, subscribing to a service, or scheduling appointments. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls from existing customers, providing them with assistance, resolving queries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers using prepared scripts. Introduce our products/services, highlight their features and benefits, and persuade potential customers to take desired actions.
- Inbound Calling: Handle incoming calls from existing customers promptly and professionally. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, provide product/service information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and professionalism in all interactions. Understand customer needs and preferences to offer personalized solutions.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by effectively persuading potential customers to make purchases or take desired actions. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Data Management: Accurately record and maintain customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the team leader or supervisor regarding customer responses, market trends, and suggestions for process improvement. Generate reports on call volume, sales metrics, and customer feedback as required.
- Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines while conducting telecalling activities. Adhere to compliance standards and regulations governing telecommunication practices.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product/service offerings, industry trends, and best practices in telecalling and customer service. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum 12th grade (High School) to Graduate degree.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service roles preferred.
- Age: Between 18 years to 40 years.
- Gender: Male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
