Role and Responsibilities:

As a Telecaller, you will be entrusted with the crucial responsibility of engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, address customer inquiries, and maintain a positive relationship with clients. Here's what you can expect from the role:

1. Customer Interaction: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients as well as handle inbound calls from existing customers. Your goal will be to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions, ensuring a delightful customer experience with every interaction.
2. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to potential customers. Utilize persuasive techniques to generate interest and drive sales conversions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade completion, with preference given to candidates holding a graduate degree.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
