Job  Telecaller (Metpally)

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided, introducing them to our products/services and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
2. Customer Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels such as email, website, or social media to provide additional information and convert them into sales opportunities.
3. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our products/services to potential customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by listening attentively to their needs, addressing their queries or complaints promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every interaction.
5. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals set by the company, demonstrating resilience and determination to overcome objections and close deals.
6. Documentation: Accurately maintain records of all interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, sales, and follow-up activities, using our CRM system or designated software.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other team members, including sales executives and managers, to share insights, best practices, and strategies for improving overall sales performance.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to a Graduate degree in any discipline. Strong communication skills in English and/or local languages are preferred.
2. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or telemarketing roles, preferably in a sales-driven environment. A proven track record of achieving sales targets is advantageous.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years of age to be eligible for this position.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice. Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively to engage customers effectively.
