Job Description:
As a Telecaller, your main responsibility will be to engage with customers over the phone, addressing their inquiries, providing information about our products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Making Outbound Calls: You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers. These calls will involve promoting our products/services, following up on leads, and generating sales.
- Handling Inbound Calls: You will also handle incoming calls from customers who have inquiries, requests, or issues. It will be your responsibility to address these promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and resolving any concerns they may have.
- Building Relationships: Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers is key. You will strive to understand their needs and concerns, offering personalized solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Meeting Targets: You will work towards achieving set targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction. This will require dedication, persistence, and effective time management skills.
- Documentation: Accurate documentation of all customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, is essential. You will be responsible for maintaining proper records and updating relevant databases.
Requirements:
- Education: The minimum qualification required is 12th grade, although a graduate degree is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old to be eligible for this position.
