Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Engage in outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services and generate leads. You will be provided with a script and training to effectively communicate our offerings.
2. Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and promote additional products or services.
3. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through market research, cold calling, and other outreach methods. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads generated.
4. Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by effectively pitching products/services and closing deals over the phone.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Address any queries or issues in a professional and timely manner.
6. Data Entry: Accurately input customer information, sales orders, and other relevant data into the company's database or CRM system.

Requirements:

1. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English are essential for this role. Ability to articulate product/service features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
2. Sales Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others, with a passion for sales and customer service excellence.
3. Target Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone. Empathetic listener with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
5. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications and data entry. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
6. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve common goals.
