Position: Telecaller

As a Telecaller, you'll be the voice of our organization, connecting with potential customers and providing them with valuable information about our products/services. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists or databases. Engage them in conversations to introduce our products/services and explain their features and benefits.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by listening to their needs, addressing their inquiries, and providing relevant information about our offerings. Strive to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening. Record accurate details of interactions and maintain a database of potential customers for follow-up.
  4. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication with prospects. Keep them updated on new products, promotions, or any relevant developments.
  5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals set by the organization. Utilize persuasive techniques to convert leads into sales and contribute to the overall revenue objectives.
  6. Adherence to Scripts: Adhere to predefined scripts or guidelines while making calls to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation. Customize conversations as necessary to suit individual customer requirements.
  7. Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on customer responses, market trends, and competitor activities to the relevant teams. Generate reports on call outcomes, lead conversions, and other key metrics as required.


  • Education: Minimum 12th grade (High School) to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders - male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to influence customer decisions.
