Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services and persuading them to make a purchase or take action. Your communication skills will be key as you articulate the benefits of our offerings and address any queries or concerns that may arise.

Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or lists.
  2. Product/Service Promotion: Present and explain our products/services to potential customers in a compelling manner.
  3. Customer Engagement: Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with customers through effective communication.
  4. Handle Objections: Address any concerns or objections raised by customers and provide appropriate solutions or information.
  5. Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database with relevant information.
  6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  7. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales opportunities.
  8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance performance.
  10. Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in telesales or customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Persistence: Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and overcome obstacles in the sales process.
  • Goal-Oriented: Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
