Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is required. Experience in customer service or telemarketing will be an added advantage. However, we also encourage freshers with a passion for communication and customer service to apply.

Job Description:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and provide them with information about our products/services. You will also be responsible for:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers courteously and professionally, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
- Sales Generation: Promote our products/services over the phone and persuade customers to make a purchase or set up appointments for further discussions.
- Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database with relevant information. Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure.
- Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization. Strive towards continuous improvement and growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures at all times. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
