Job Description:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over the phone, addressing their inquiries, providing information about our products/services, and offering solutions to meet their needs. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, so it's essential to create a positive impression and deliver outstanding service on every call.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Initiate outgoing calls to customers, respond to incoming calls promptly, and maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
  2. Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  3. Problem Resolution: Listen attentively to customer concerns, address inquiries promptly, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Sales Support: Identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions and collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue generation.
  5. Data Management: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the database for future reference and analysis.
  6. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and provide additional support as needed.
  7. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to maintain consistency and uphold our brand reputation.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade to a graduate degree.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional language, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish positive relationships with customers.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to identify customer needs, troubleshoot problems, and offer effective solutions.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools preferred.
