Job Description:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over the phone, addressing their inquiries, providing information about our products/services, and offering solutions to meet their needs. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, so it's essential to create a positive impression and deliver outstanding service on every call.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Initiate outgoing calls to customers, respond to incoming calls promptly, and maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Problem Resolution: Listen attentively to customer concerns, address inquiries promptly, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
