Job Description:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer their queries, and persuade them to make purchases or avail of our services. Your duties will include:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiating outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Customer Engagement: Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how our products/services can address those needs.
3. Product/Service Promotion: Providing information about our products/services, highlighting their features, benefits, and any ongoing promotions or discounts.
4. Handling Objections: Addressing any concerns or objections raised by customers and providing appropriate solutions or clarifications to encourage their interest.
5. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
6. Data Management: Recording accurate and detailed information about customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
7. Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Education: The minimum qualification required is 12th grade, but a higher education level is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in Hindi or English.
• Sales Skills: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
