Role Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list. Introduce our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information from potential customers to assess their needs and preferences, thereby generating quality leads for the sales team.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups and personalized interactions.
  4. Achieving Sales Targets: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management. Employ persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
  5. Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately record all relevant information obtained during calls in the CRM system. Prepare and submit regular reports on call metrics, lead conversion rates, and sales performance to management for review and analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (SSLC) up to Graduation.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or a related field is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Kannada. Ability to articulate product/service features clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
  • Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and data entry.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue leads until closure.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
