Job Description: As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our company, engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, and provide outstanding assistance to callers. Here's what you can expect in this role:
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
- Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, product information, and support.
- Customer Assistance: Provide comprehensive assistance and resolve customer queries or concerns professionally and courteously.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics while maintaining high-quality standards in customer interactions.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions, and update customer information in the database.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Age: Between 18 years to 40 years.
- Gender: Male and female candidates are welcome.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
